- Are you a seasoned Project Manager with a passion for overseeing projects from conception to delivery? Do you have a strong technical background in display and furniture construction? If so, we invite you to join our team at Kosmonaut as a Project Manager
- Job Description:
- As a Kosmonaut Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in guiding projects through their lifecycle, ensuring their successful execution from the production stage to client delivery. Your responsibilities will encompass:
- Collaborating closely with the Display Manager to assume responsibility for projects ready for implementation into the production process
- Overseeing the entire project lifecycle, from production planning to final delivery to clients
- Preparing accurate production cost quotations and creating offers for international clients
- Generating purchase orders and finalizing production details in coordination with suppliers
- Managing project updates, incorporating client-driven changes during production, and maintaining seamless communication with suppliers to ensure smooth operations
- Supervising production processes at external suppliers, with a focus on timely completion and meeting quality standards
- Working closely with the Warehouse Team Leader to guarantee components are delivered, assembled correctly, and packed according to client agreements
- Reporting project results and progress to the General Manager
