The Regional Sales Manager will focus on North Poland and is responsible for his/her region’s overall business results; driving KPIs through the strategic management of Sales Force (consultants/distributors), the understanding of the market needs, and the collaboration with service areas to meet the company’s financial and commercial goals
The position’s objective is to produce profitable, measurable, and sustained growth in sales, productivity, recruitment, and retention, among other key performance indicators, according to the strategic and operating plans for Tupperware Markets
Specific Accountabilities:
Meet established KPI objectives
Analyze and build strategies based on key metrics and analytics
Understand the region’s behavior and areas of opportunity based on data
Continually track key regional and organizational metrics to tie quantitative and qualitative information and detect business trends
Deliver key sales KPIs in new Consultants, Sales Volume, Productivity, Order size, Activity, Retention, market penetration, and business expansion metrics
Understand Tupperware’s vision and strategies and deploy them into the field
Manage a group of direct reports of entrepreneurs namely Team Directors/Leaders and Managers focused on developing business in their area. Follow up on their business strategies, support and coach them in delivering and tracking their results. Provide recognition, or provide coaching and redirection to attain results
Maintain constant communication, and build relationships with Salesforce leaders to understand regional and customer trends as well as areas of opportunity, and develop strategies to leverage on them (in collaboration). Collaborate with Salesforce leaders to success fully achieve organizational goals
Fully embrace use of digital communication and selling tools and lead the regional sales organization to maximize the potential of social selling, implementation of new digital tools and leveraging the sales force digital sales activities to increase consumer access and sales
Obtain buy-in from Salesforce members on strategies and initiatives to attract and recruit new consultants, activate and retain them, and develop field leadership. Implement the strategies, plans, and programs within the region
Identify rising Salesforce members to understand their best practices and support their growth
Continually get training on the product line, features and benefits, applications as well as marketing promotions, and programs to guide to Salesforce
Manage regional budget to ensure funds optimization
Visit developing states and cities to detect areas of opportunity to develop business and promote with local leaders
Be the liaison between the company and Salesforce; ensure consistent implementation of Tupperware policies, principles, and philosophy; safeguard company image

Coordinating month-end accounting and administration tasks. Reviewing journal entries related to month-end close, reconciling General Ledger accounts based on SLA
Maintaining procedures related to delegated tasks in the team
Coordinate and lead monthly follow up calls with assigned countries
Active participation in specific projects within GBS, including migration of countries, transfer of know-how, implementations of new software
