Obowiązki:
- As we become more successful, we need more personnel to help with:
- Processing orders to the manufacturers
- Answering questions from both clients and our manufacturers
- Finding solutions for optimizing transport of furniture to our clients
- Handling the importation of fabrics from the UK
- Maintaining contact with the manufacturer, customs agent and assisting in the obtaining of the appropriate documents to enable the export to the UK or the transit through the UK of goods bound for Ireland (You will be shown how)
- Processing invoices from manufacturers, preparing our own invoices
- Researching the furniture market in Poland and CE Europe
- Inputting and maintaining production schedules
- Assisting the head of the company plan his diary and organize meetings
