Within Renewables, we are hiring for the following area in Poland:
Project Development: develop safe, sustainable, predictable and competitive renewable projects
Survey Manager, shallow geophysical operations: Management and follow-up of survey contracts and responsible for developing scope of works related to UUHRS (Ultra-Ultra High Resolution Seismic) & Seabed Mapping (MBES, SSS, SBP and magnetometer data). Responsible for UHRS survey planning, follow-up of acquisition & data quality control
Geoscience engineer: Technical responsible for seabed mapping and geoscience engineering discipline in projects. Presentation of marine operation results to project in support to engineering evaluations
Survey Manager, metocean measurement campaigns: Management and follow-up of marine operation contracts and responsible for developing scope of works related to metocean measurement campaigns
Work on a range of projects with the main scope being offshore / onshore substations and cables across the Poland portfolio, with particular focus on Baltyk projects
Understand authority rules and regulations, and navigate regulatory/legal processes and requirements
Work closely with project team to ensure alignment between external/internal processes
Act as point of contact towards TSO and other relevant local entities
Work on a range of projects with the main scope being offshore / onshore substations and cables across the Poland portfolio, with particular focus on Baltyk projects
Understand authority rules and regulations, and navigate regulatory/legal processes and requirements

The Offshore Wind Permitting & Impacts Assessment Specialist position will sit within the Renewables business area of Equinor, reporting into the Consenting & Permitting Competence Centre, and playing an important part in the Poland Country Office organization. The position will primarily cover the Polish Baltic Sea region, supporting the permitting and project development of Equinor’s existing offshore wind projects, as well as supporting on future business development and strategic activities in the region
The position will require regular travel within Poland
This position may also require representing Equinor in regional and national forums that strengthen Equinor’s values and objectives in offshore wind in Poland
Support environmental & permitting activities in the development phase of Equinor’s offshore wind projects e.g. supporting project management of environmental baseline surveys, coordination of consultants in the delivery of impact assessments and reports
Support environmental & permitting activities leading up to and during offshore and onshore construction of Equinor’s offshore wind projects e.g. supporting development of post consent plans, conditions compliance and monitoring
Support on stakeholder outreach activities as appropriate
