- We are constantly looking for talented individuals who wish to develop as IT consultants for supply chain functions of global customers
- To be successful in this job you will need to have a blend of:
- - Business knowledge - understanding of supply chain processes and challenges
- - IT skills - chunks of programming, databases, integration & AI/ML knowledge as well as industry specific software
- - Consulting skills - self confidence, ownership & communication
- Now, we do not expect you to already have a complete set. We will teach you through a mix of courses, shadowing, and gradual project involvement. Depending on your background you will go through custom made induction plan and be encouraged to get on actual live project as soon as possible
- Your first tasks will be related to analyzing customer needs and implementing specific IT solutions in supply chain and planning area
- All our projects are with global customers and have impact on the efficiency of their international supply chains. What we are doing here, are the largest global supply chain implementations that you can imagine
- Once already on a project, you spend about half of your time talking to customers to understand their issues and needs and the other half - devising solutions, on your own or with others
- Your responsibilities
- 1. Work with our customers to enhance their supply chains efficiencies, by delivering world class IT systems
- 2. Be a junior, yet essential member of the project team, working under supervision initially, but gaining independence quickly
- 3. Grow :-)

- Onboarding carriers to dedicated supply chain platform - sending and receiving integration messages, using creativity to solve unique and changing problems, and setting up integrations
- Participate in customer and carrier calls, taking notes and setting follow-up tasks and action items
- Provide weekly updates on onboarding progress
- Maintain accurate records in the CRM
- Work cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, and Engineering to streamline processes and improve the product
