- Arrange and confirm interviews across the business
- Follow up with candidates to maintain an excellent candidate journey
- Coordinate with third party suppliers regarding candidate submissions
- Assist in shortlisting suitable candidates
- Work with the onboarding team to issue offer letters and contracts
- Manage and create detailed reports on our inhouse ATS (Workable)
- Be actively responsible for daily database management, updating files, interviews notes and feedback from stakeholders and people team
