The Solution Architect will be responsible for providing the technical skills to cover the design and deployment for a number of Gamma Products such as Microsoft Teams to a wide range of our clients
Key Responsibilities/Duties:
• Deployment of projects focused around the Microsoft Unified Communications portfolio including Skype for Business and Microsoft Teams
• Implementation of Direct Routing for Microsoft Teams using AudioCodes & Ribbon SBCs
• Onboarding of clients to Operator Connect
• Full Enterprise voice architecture scenarios including legacy PBX cross platform interoperability to both Microsoft Skype for Business and Microsoft Teams, such as Alcatel, CUCM and Avaya
• Installation and/or configuration of Microsoft UC environments including Enterprise Voice features and functionality, and Microsoft Teams rooms
• Work alongside third-party providers to deliver additional functionality to Skype for Business and Teams solutions, such as contact centre and call recording integration
• Review and feedback on customer specified solutions for compliance to best practice
• Review and feedback on internal processes and standards to ensure that the outcome of projects is continually improving, including documentation
