Obowiązki:
Supporting the overall office agenda for Nordic’s location in Poland as part of the global Office Management Team
Assisting general business operations by providing various administrative support activities e.g., environmental, social events, negotiations, compliance
Performing general everyday tasks necessary for the efficient running of the Poland office, including, but not limited to, liaising with building administration, suppliers, vendors, and other services providers and being able to handle issues as they arise
Coordinating any internal or external office relocations or establishments
Assisting with domestic and international travel arrangements
Customs clearance, translating of the content from English to Polish
Develop, implement and continuously improve a globally aligned recruitment process
Strategic and focused recruitment support for Hiring Managers, including assessing hiring needs, requirement specification, determining selection criteria and performing candidate assessments
Develop and implement a global sourcing channel strategy
Identify and source skills for current and future vacancies
Create and handle candidate pools to ensure qualified candidates remain engaged in current or future opportunities
Ensure Nordic has the best possible tools available to support our recruitment needs
Build a data driven approach to Talent Acquisition
Represent Nordic at external events and coordinate university relations
Close collaboration with relevant stakeholders on recruitment related projects
Contribute to the development and maintenance of Total Reward Processes
Create, deliver, standardize, and maintain total rewards (compensation and benefits) strategy, plans, policies, tools and structures to ensure alignment with Nordic’s business strategy, competitiveness, cost-efficiency, and legal compliance
Analyze and create reports and presentations within the Total Rewards function
Advice on Total Rewards matters based on evaluation of market practices (benchmark and trends) and cost impact on the organization
Day-to-day responsibility for management of compensation and employee benefits plans
Coordinating benefit setup, deduction and compliance reporting with the wider HR team and Payroll
Establish, develop, and maintain partnership with external providers such as salary data providers, consulting and insurance companies, local and global brokers etc.)
Create, maintain, and develop central awareness of our global benefit programs to enable an understanding of our total global spend, assess the overall costs, and identify areas for potential efficiencies and cost reductions
Drive annual processes such as reward cycle, global salary review processes
Advise hiring managers in job evaluations and salary benchmark at all our locations
