Obowiązki:
- Effective maintenance of books and records according to the local standards, Company regulation in Symfonia system including;
- Prepare, examine, and analyze accounting records (VAT invoices, bank statements journal entries), financial and tax statements and other financial reports to assess accuracy, completeness, and compliance to reporting and procedural standards;
- Preparing statements: Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, Movements in Fixed Assets, Movements in Reserves;
- Preparation of reports and statements to special districts and other government jurisdictions on financial and accounting matters (quarterly reporting to NBP, Statistic Office)
- Performing monthly, quarterly, and annual account closings according to Polish accounting law;
- Responsible for ensuring the detailed accounting records are maintained in a timely manner, that accurately reflect all transitions entered by the Company;
- Monthly Polish VAT Tax compliance / reporting;
- Development and modification of manual or automated accounting system;
- Review journals publications to keep abreast of legal changes on accounting and tax issues, ensure regional compliance with group policies;
- Responsible for the maintenance of good working team relationships and cooperative;
