Main responsibility would be to manage projects for European Space Agency and national institutions as well as internal projects related to product sales and development
Complete project support from advice on drafting contracts to ensure deadlines, cost and quality targets, to managing the acceptance procedure
Track and optimize project costs
Use project scheduling and control tools to monitor project plans and work hours
Effectively and accurately communicate relevant project information to the client and project team
Design of mechanical components such as enclosures for high-end electronic devices to work in an appropriate space environment (including flight on a space launcher)
Close cooperation with the heat transfer engineer, system engineer , electronics engineers and projects team
Development of technical documentation
Risk and reliability assessment of solutions
Planning of experiments and their execution
Preparation of scientific publications and documentation

Support in generating of new business opportunities with a focus on space and AI companies, as well as other key industry stakeholders (mostly in Europe)
Support in bidding process and day to day BD activities
Preparation of the Business Development presentations for clients
Support in searching and proposing the potential projects to initiate or join within different ESA, Horizon Europe, EDF, POLSA and local initiatives
Cooperation with Marketing Department, specifically in supporting the promotional strategy, preparation of the materials for promotion
Monitoring and attending trade and scientific events, as required
Developing selling potential of Smart Mission Ecosystem by KP Labs/space related products
