Managing Human Resources department in the manufacturing facility in Legnica, Poland;
Acting as an HR manager by supporting work teams, challenging the status quo, providing coaching to maximize team & individual performance, and soliciting & utilizing coaching from others;
HR Budget preparation;
Managing Payroll process and communicating with the payroll provider to facilitate smooth transactions on time;
Providing HR guidance and advice to managers and employees;
Acting as a change agent and ensuring that local processes align with the global HR agenda;
Managing recruitment process, working contracts, and other legal document preparation and new employee orientation program;
Managing and implementing plant training for the employees;
Conducting the annual people performance reviews together with other SMP managers;
Managing medical examinations of employees in accordance with legal regulations;
Communicating with authorities such as executor offices, local courts, insurance, and health companies, and labour offices and providing them with requested information;
Maintaining compliance with all HR-related regulations and reporting requirements;

Nadzór nad prawidłową, bieżącą eksploatacją obiektu;
W pozostałym zakresie czasu pracy ścisła współpraca z działem utrzymania ruchu przy remontach i przeglądach maszyn;
Opracowywanie ofert na prace dodatkowe związane z budynkiem oraz instalacjami w budynku;
Wykrywanie i usuwanie uszkodzeń, usterek awarii oraz natychmiastowe zgłaszanie ich odpowiednim podmiotom (serwisantom, gwarantom itp.);
Evaluating and recommending changes and improvements leading to maximum efficiency of production processes;
Distributing, managing and evaluating assigned agency staff;
Regularly reporting shift performance, including shift downtime;
Reporting to the database by identifying and eliminating the causes of discrepancies arising during production;
Participation in the development of "lean manufacturing" - (KAIZEN, performance and efficiency analysis...);
Checking processed orders;
Participation in the evaluation of work processes and implementation appropriate corrective measures;
Participation in the analysis of the root causes of deficiencies in the production of individual products and proposing effective solutions to eliminate them;
Detecting and eliminating identified deficiencies in production in order to achieve the required quality, efficiency as well to meet established production standards;
You will drive the impact of UX/UI and Visual Design on our customers
You will develop the Spreadshirt brand and establish a clear connection between product design and visual design, in close collaboration with the Design Lead from Spreadshirt Marketplaces
You will improve our design process and establish a design strategy together with other Design Leads that ensures high quality results
You will create a design vision that brings user and business needs in line, and drive forth its development
You will be responsible for the user experience, product and visual outcome within the Personalization Services department
You will align user needs and stakeholder needs, while maintaining a user-centric focus
You will lead and mentor an experienced visual designer
You will collaborate with directors, product owners, and marketers across the business unit and organization
You will participate in user testing and analyze results with the rest of the product team and the user research team
You will create prototypes from the first sketch to professional mock-ups and document user interface/ interactions requirements for engineers
You will directly report to the commercial director of the Personalization Services department (the Create-Your-Own section)
You will be a member of the product team and work closely together with Spread Group’s Design Guild
You will employ design thinking, workshop techniques, and visualization skills to influence strategy and decision making across the business unit
