Obowiązki:
- Support Horizon Europe (1: in the EU) and Europe-aid (1: in Indonesia, co-financed by the EU) budgets, timelines and reporting management, under the general supervision of the Project Manager
- Backstop contracting under the EU founded projects and beyond: requesting offers and quotes/bids, as per PL public procurement rules, contracting companies and individuals: development of contracts and auxiliary financial/ contract-related documents, further inception and acceptance notes, under the general supervision of the Project Manager and the Accountant;
- Count and verify vouchers, receipts, and other documentation;
- Tag, document and archive financial and merit documentation, keeping files and accounting records complete, up to date and easily accessible, conforming financial, administrative and filing procedures, under the general supervision of the Project Manager;
- Support periodic and final financial reporting for submission to donors and auditors, under the general supervision of the Project Manager;
- Provide basic finance-related support to staff and partners;
- Liaising closely with the Management and Expert teams on any delays, risks or other difficulties;
- Assist in the administration and financial aspects of the EU funded projects if needed;
