Controlling and challenging, if necessary, the cluster’s results, by:
• Preparing and distributing weekly, and monthly analysis:
- to the sales teams: income statement by customers, commercial terms, discounts, and rebates,
- to the marketing teams: volume KPIs; turnover, margins,
- to the leadership teams in the different countries: weekly turnover
• Developing a deep understanding of the business
• Proposing corrective action plans for business and margin
• Controlling and challenging, if necessary, prices and commercial conditions
2. Sales forecast
Ensuring order forecasts accuracy, by:
• Controlling calculations based on SBM’s forecasting tool
• Controlling and challenging, if necessary, countries sales forecast on the main identified gaps
• Reconciling turnover calculations with sales forecasts
• Consolidating forecast from 11 countries from gross-to-margin
3. New product development (NPD)
Acting as a true business partner in the process of developing new products, giving an informed opinion on quantities, margin, price positioning, etc
4. Commercial excellence
Contributing to European commercial excellence by:
• Designing, deploying, and following the application of commercial incentive programs
• Accompanying sales teams across North Europe in the use of standardized performance indicators
• Supporting in preparation of Monthly Business reviews
• Supporting Sales & Marketing teams by providing assigned regular and ad hoc sales analysis reports as well as sales related financial reporting, reviewing and proposing actions on sales performance
• Delivering analysis, as assigned, on monthly variances vs. budget and strategic plan, as well as providing assessment of ad hoc commercial projects – analysis preparation and justification
5. Supporting Cluster Head in Strategic Projects
• Supporting in analysis and consolidation within 3Y Business Plan creation for 11 countries from North Europe
• Analysing different distribution models and supporting Cluster Head with recommendations

MISSION
Managing customer orders, invoices and claims in compliance with the terms and conditions of sales, as well as taking care of after-sales activities, to ensure optimal logistic service to the customers of SBM Life Science, as per assigned perimeter
MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES
1/ Customer Service
Interacting promptly with customers to provide and process information in response to inquiries, concerns and requests about products and services
2/ Customer Order Management
• Managing, entering customers’ orders in SAGE,
• Coordinating shipments and issuing invoices,
• Reviewing orders for accuracy and completion,
• Organizing workflow to meet customer time frames,

3/ Claims Management
Handling and resolving customer claims, by:

Managing customer information and supporting sales organization in administrative customer communications, by:

5/ Office administration
Managing the office affairs and controling T&E spending:
• Managing all services related to the office administration;
