Obowiązki:
Act as a first line of contact in regard to medical and scientific enquires for Theramex products for patients, medical professionals and other internal/external stakeholders
Handling first and second line medical enquiries from all sources (i.e. emails, calls, letters etc.)
Provision of scientifically sound responses to medical information enquires
Timely evaluation and escalation of the enquires as/ when required i.e. triage of adverse events (AEs), product quality complaints (PQCs), complex medical information enquires
Ensure that relevant and accurate information is logged in the Theramex tracking system
Periodic reconciliation of the enquiries, AEs and PQCs with the relevant departments within Theramex
Handling of non- medical information enquires and provision of excellent customer service
Make outbound calls to members of public where follow up action is required
Preparation of standard responses and Frequently asked questions documents for Theramex products
Any other ad hoc tasks/duties considered appropriate to the role
You will get involved with financial accounting, reporting, and planning, supporting the FP&A team
Cashflow forecasting;
Following the rebates analytics and answering ad-hoc queries from the commercial and regulatory teams;
Preparing monthly Opex (incl. commentary vs budget) reporting;
Updating complex excel data files using macros;
Supporting Finance Managers with monthly financial reporting, producing robust and effective financial information;
Financial analysis, producing appropriate and insightful analysis of financial information to help stakeholders make more informed decisions and to understand the financial implications of their actions;
Deliver accurate and insightful financial reconciliations and analysis to support business decision making and ensure compliance
Consolidate and analyse financial data (budgets, income statement forecasts etc)
Variance analysis, ensuring that all costs have been correctly accounted for and relevant balance sheet accounts reconcile
Identify trends and recommend actions based on sound analysis
Reporting on financial performance and preparation for regular leadership reviews (Including Power Point creation)
Work closely with the accounting team to ensure accurate financial reporting and decision support
Identifying and driving process improvements, including creation of standard and ad-hoc reports, tools and Excel dashboards and other BI tools
Liaise with Operations team on production Work orders
Reconcile inventory amount with Logistics Service provide warehouses
Understand and Calculate Inventory weighted average cost (STD vs Invoiced)
Provide details on samples/demo kits by market
Reconcile transactions and provide commentary by General ledger
Understand and report CoGs analysis variation against Standard Costing via Purchase, Quantity and Production variance reports
Analyse and allocate inbound costs by market, guaranteeing correct market profitability
Opex analytics: ensure visibility of the opex spend across the business through control, reporting and detailed commentary. Ensure business partners have all necessary information to manage to the Opex targets. Help the business drive cost saving opportunities
The Medical Representative is expected to maximize territory sales performance by developing and executing an effective territory management plan, utilizing resources provided by Theramex, analyzing territory performance, identifying customer needs, defining action plans and implementing local marketing strategies and related efforts that will positively impact others’ understanding of and interest in the assigned products portfolio
• Implement the market strategy by prioritizing actions and investments, in particular visit strategy defined with the Sales Manager
• Carry out the visits in accordance with the rules of THERAMEX ethics and that defined by the HCP using the approved promotional materials
• Inform health professionals of the therapeutic properties of pharmaceutical products by highlighting: proper use, benefits, indications / contraindications, precautions for use, dosage, medical-economic, regulatory and pharmaco-technical aspects and on the place of the drug in the recommended therapeutic strategy
• Establish a dialogue with HCP in order to know the image, perception and how to use the pharmaceutical products presented
• Organize, when the situation requires it and there is a real demand for training of the HCP professional meetings in compliance with the defined budget
• Demonstrates industry-leading understanding of hormonal therapies, products (THERAMEX and competition), clinical practices, market dynamics, and healthcare systems
• Proactively seeks external opportunities for learning, including conferences, seminars, and professional associations
• Participates actively in training to acquire and advance knowledge and is seen as the internal and external expert in the area of hormonal therapy
• Analyze and exploit the results of the market in order to measure the implementation of therapies with THERAMAX products by HCP
• Carry out the requested reporting through the tools in place with reliable and exhaustive information in relation to the strategy defined by Sales Manager
• Transmit to its Sales Manager any information on the products, their environment in order to contribute to the updating of the knowledge of the company and to improve the quality of the disseminated information
• Return to the Pharmacovigilance department any adverse effects as defined in the pharmacovigilance procedure in force
• Return to the Quality Assurance department any claim related to a product quality defect (maximum within one working day)
• Transmit to medical information team any request for information from a healthcare professional
