Job description:
As a Accounting & Administration Specialist, you will be supporting organization in Poland in accounting matters and support back office functions in administration and documents flow. You will be reporting to Finance Manager. Your main task will be bookkeeping, HR administra-tion, organization of documents flow and ad-ministrative responsibilities. You will interact with operations, HR, finance, customers, bank and auditors
Key responsibilities:
• Bookkeeping in line with industry-leading practices;
• Assisting Chief Accountant in preparing interim and annual declarations and re-ports in accordance with tax, local GAAP and IFRS requirements;
• Participation in month-end closing pro-cess;
• Participation in IFRS group reporting procedures;
• Performing checks on the compliance, completeness, and reliability of ac-counting records;
• HR administration (e.g. settling and managing employee documentation in accordance with applicable law and regulations);
• Supporting administration of back of-fice functions and documents flow
