Obowiązki:

Together with the 2 team members (Dutch & Polish) you will be responsible for the following activities:
- Responsible for General Ledger of all Group Companies, including reconciliations
- Consolidation procedures
- Precise, accurate and efficient registration & Accounting inputs
- Supervise and control the registration and booking of invoices received
- Preparation & controlling of invoices to be send (Rent, clients, internal fees, etc)
- Registration & Control on staff hours
- Responsible for the monthly closing procedures
- Reconciliations for cash, debtors, creditors and ticketing systems
- Responsible for creditors and debtors control (Cash matching)
- Preparation of dashboards for monitoring of budgets and operational KPI’s
- Supporting with ad hoc projects
- Budget and costs calculations and budget monitoring for our Polish entities
- Information supply on budget, tax and annual reporting to Polish Director
