Project planning: facilitation of the definition of project scopes, goals, tasks and resource (people and cost) requirements
Cross-functional project team management; identifying and engaging cross functional representatives forming a team to deliver the project brief
Monitoring project progress and provide corrective action if necessary
Maintaining project documentation and reporting to communicate clear status of projects, key timings, issues & risks
Ensuring that suitable risk assessment and contingency planning takes place - to keep the project on track, accelerate or stop the project if the business need exists

Support the Operations management in the various European sites on workforce planning matters
1. Identify with local management how the workforce in the Operations should be organised:
• analyse the ratio of contractual employees vs temporary employees
• discuss with the local management on the correct balance between the different types of operational employees and take necessary actions;
2. Coordinate and follow-up projects in the context of the organic growth of the business, with a link to operational personnel management:
• participate in projects with an impact on resource planning
• in collaboration with management, local operations managers and team managers, HR Managers: plan, coordinate, follow up and control all aspects of workforce management under responsibility;
• coordinate with other departments that may have resource planning implications, such as Finance, IT, facilities, etc
• validate plans, projects and dashboards with the HR Manager Radial EU to ensure consistency with the strategic growth plans
• exchange best practices between the different sites and countries on all workforce planning matters
3. Provide functional support to Operational Management:
• support operational management (Operations Manager, Team Managers, Team Leaders) in the implementation of a qualitative and cost-efficient workforce management policy;
• formulate recommendations regarding operational staff and cost management;
• prepare analyses & reports on operational employees structure for (Senior) Management

2. Recruitment of Management & Support positions
o Work closely with local HR and hiring managers to understand the company's hiring needs and meet competitive hiring goals and expectations
o Manage the entire recruitment cycle for various job openings to help management find, recruit and retain high-quality talent
- Discuss job descriptions with the hiring managers and make adjustments if necessary in function of the profile;
- Draft and publish job postings via social media, on job boards and various platforms;
- Utilize knowledge of various recruitment sources;
- Manage candidates throughout the application process, from the first interview until the preparation of the final offer
o Work in close collaboration with hiring managers, local HR managers to discuss, implement and adjust the recruitment strategy
- Set up the correct recruitment process in function of profile, changed need, scope, etc
- In case of changes in profile, scope, etc., formulate proposals to hiring managers to adjust the process
- When external agencies are hired for a search, make sure financial impact is discussed and approved & service contracts are drafted & signed

Kontrola obsługi zamówień Klientów w magazynowych systemach informatycznych związanych z wysyłką towarów, realizowaną przez pracowników Zespołu Obsługi Klienta
Przyjmowanie i rozpatrywanie reklamacji Klientów dotyczące wysyłek realizowanych z magazynu, w tym zakresie ścisła współpraca z Account Managerem i kierownictwem Magazynu
Odpowiedzialność za prawidłową komunikację z Klientami, wyjaśnia wątpliwości oraz odpowiada na wszelkie zapytania dotyczące procesowanych zamówień
Odpowiedzialność za prawidłowe i terminowe wypełnienie postanowień zawartych w kontraktach logistycznych, w zakresie dotyczącym procesowania zamówień, na podstawie danych przekazanych przez Account Managerów
Nadzór nad prawidłowością i terminowością przygotowywanych dokumentów przez Zespół Obsługi Klienta
Utrzymywanie profesjonalnego kontaktu z Klientem w celu zapewnienia wysokiej jakości świadczonych usług
Level 1 support for any WMS issues for assigned fulfilment center location(s) as reported by the fulfilment operations teams, as well as acting as point of contact for issues involving external vendors
Work with fulfilment operations to design, test and implement new solutions to cover both existing and new client needs
Definition of reports and operational queries as needed to support the business
Work with fulfilment operations resources in the development and delivery of system standard operating procedures (S.O.P.’s) and training materials that will be tailored to the local operation
Support local systems testing for code fixes or platform enhancements. This position will also assist with testing documentation
Support the overall Fulfilment Technology Team as needed in learning/ supporting other fulfilment technology solutions including SCI reporting and MHE
Supporting fulfilment operations during Wall-2-Wall Count (Reporting, Count progress, Booking)
Supporting fulfilment operations in training new Employees to get prepared for their daily tasks
