Obowiązki:
- The independent position for a person experienced in handling legal, financial, and operational activities of the executives. You'll be owning your own workload and working hours along with a list of initiatives that you'll be responsible for. On top of that, you'll have an option to hire a person who will help you with less complicated and repeatable work
- You'll be responsible for forming and running the family office for the Maesta Venture (former Predica founders) and Tedee executives. As part of that, you will need to dig into the legal, financial, and operational aspects of that operation. - ● You will own and drive the operation of the family office and you'll find a team that will
- help you with that tasks
- ● You will support the CEOs and board members where they require additional
- management bandwidth
- ● You will own and drive a series of key investment initiatives that have the potential to
- make a meaningful impact on revenue or profitability
- ● You will sometimes undertake bespoke analysis on behalf of key members of the
- executive and Board to help shape major strategic decisions
- ● You will lead on a number of specific commercial projects, each of which will impact
- bottom-line revenue
