Keeping continuous proactive contact with the Polish clients of Altaterra and the relevant departments within the company, with special focus on customer satisfaction
Answering customers’ questions, fulfilling their requests and fixing open issues
Accurately processing customers’ orders in the ERP system

Customer claim and complaint handling
Uploading, extracting and follow-up of customer contracts in CRM system
Handling the issues related to consignment stock
Continuously and proactively informing customers and related co-workers

Presenting our solutions to key decision makers in target and / or existing organisations that can affect and grow sales. Ultimate responsibility for the introduction and correct positioning of our products right from inception to completion
Working on an area level with branches to devise joint initiatives on delivering product awareness and promotional activities to their customer base

- supporting the Regional Sales Manager in managing designated dealers on all levels to resolve operational tasks independently (logistics and delivery related tasks, offer calculations, answering product related questions etc.)
- proactively conducting contacts with the clients (dealers) both via phone and in email
- outlining the list of customers in form of an Action Plan and updating it on regular basis
- Management of all ongoing projects
- actively and constantly working with CRM software (taking care about data exactness mainly in customer cards, opportunities)
Generating leads for Field Sales Team, initiating contacts, preparing calculations by
- screening construction databases, local government announcements, industry portals of building developers, visiting local developers trade fairs and any other sources of valuable leads for potential sales
- validating projects (cold calls) and qualifying them as a lead for Field Sales Team
- preparing project calculation in coordination with the sales team
- following project management processes within CRM
- ensuring that projects are followed up by Field Sales Team and reported to Regional Sales Managers
Supporting Customer Service and Marketing
- taking over queries, contacts from Customer Support team (coming from different channels like phone, mail, Live Chat), both from end-users & installers concerning technical and product topics. Provide fast and professional support to end-users & installers in line with company standards
- being always up-to-date with products specifications and technical aspects of installation, maintenance and repairing of Altaterra products, using technical support from Technical/ Product Department to ensure providing correct response to the clients
- contacting Installers/ users of product apps to activate users and/or to help with ad-hoc technical issues
