Monitorowanie zamówień sprzedaży
Zarządzanie kompletną komunikacją z lokalnym działem obsługi sprzedaży w celu przetwarzania wszystkich zamówień klientów i organizacji wysyłki materiałów
Zarządzanie sytuacjami wyczerpania zapasów
Planowanie dostępności materiałów
Zapewnienie uniknięcia sytuacji braku zapasów materiałów poprzez stosowanie efektywnego planowania zapasów bezpieczeństwa
Analizowanie i określanie poziomów zapasów (tj. zapasów bezpieczeństwa) dla wprowadzanych lub wycofywanych materiałów produktowych
Analizowanie zużycia materiałów oraz określanie, obliczanie i utrzymywanie typowych parametrów zapasów, takich jak zapasy bezpieczeństwa, zapasy docelowe, punkt ponownego zamawiania, MOQ lub EOQ
Provide ongoing support for any spare parts process ordering by research and benchmark business market to set the right level of price for unidentified or rare spare parts or materials
Creating and improving the usage of various pricing tools, i.e. parts categorization split, transactional level of sales, sales funnel, discount guidelines and pricing margins setup
Optimize pricing policy and baselines for company pricing strategy by regular update of database and design, implement and conduct regular pricing policy controls
Obtain and maintain essential deep knowledge about business market with the key participants
Conduct regular research of markets to update existing database of price lists and availability of the market
Support in margin control by effective management of pricing policy controls
Performing continuous analysis to support business decisions
Identifying opportunities to improve existing pricing and margin models and supports the development team in building new ones
Using statistical models to push relevant pricing strategies and drive sales/margin gains

Assist customers with technical, application or service related questions, i.e. programming, tooling, communication or data exchange
Work with Machine Sales to prepare machine demos; order required materials, program and set-up machine, run demo and answers customer questions
Works closely with applications team on projects and provides mentorship to Junior Engineers
Analyze customer requirements including risk factors
Obtain necessary vendor support and quotations
Conduct on-site training per customer need; time study, operator training or basic/advanced programming. Set up machine and prepare for training classes
Manage and lead new project launches from start to finish. Order tooling & materials, write program and completes machine set up
Willingness to travel up to 50% in multi-state region; drive or fly depending on distance. Ability to travel internationally if needed
Employee is expected to work at the Des Plaines office when not visiting customers
Will work in collaboration with Service Engineers for commissioning of machines on the showroom & at customer sites
Provide internal service support to other internal Tornos departments by supporting service billing, reporting, HR administrative processes or parts return handling and warranty claim
Run any additional administrative activities (KPI reporting…)
Support Tornos transformation of business by active participation in projects, proposing new perspective and solution on current business approach
Be part of integrated SSC team and support whole team results in active backup support
Be part of different projects and support their realization
Cooperate efficiently with Service Factory / local Tornos organization by creating respective tasks, monitoring, providing necessary information in order to provide customer high quality service in timely manner
Create and maintain documentation
Be proactive and courage to learn and take responsibility
Provide internal service support to other internal Tornos departments by supporting service billing, reporting, HR administrative processes or parts return handling and warranty claim
Run any additional administrative activities (KPI reporting…)

Create SAP training documentation for customer service roles and conduct trainings
Conduct analyses of SAP performance check, including compatibility with other tools and interfaces
Cooperate with external SAP consultancy provider in case of major SAP more advanced issue or development requests
Work towards SAP system and process optimization and overall performance improvement by cooperating with other internal stakeholders by identification of potential improvement areas
Lead system, application projects and provide individual contributions to discussion to lean SAP processes
Ensure SAP processes are documented and maintained updated
Provide internal service support to other internal Tornos departments by supporting service billing, reporting, HR administrative processes or parts return handling and warranty claim
Run any additional administrative activities (KPI reporting…)
