Develop strong industry relationships with trade associations and other local business groups to effectively position the company as an ‘employer of choice’
Work with local country teams to build long-standing relationship with local universities and student unions
Partner with growth marketing to support the business in Poland with client engagements and experiences that drive business outcome
Assist with award submissions and speaker opportunities for Polish spokesteam
Partner with business and marketing teams on strategy metrics across all channels and to measure, analyze, and evaluate the sources and tactics that produce the best results for the organization
