Obowiązki:
- Oversee and lead logistics processes for BP in Spain and Portugal for the local team in Krakow
- Coordinate the activities and priorities with the transport logistic management in Spain and Portugal
- Leading, mentoring and inspiring team members to be compliant with established policies and procedures provided by BP
- Ensure the team can proactively program and effectively respond to demand variations and fleet adaptation to meet end customer needs optimising the resources
