Align Finance Shared Services' activities and resources with the company's priorities, corporate policies and accounting/legal requirements
Develop and manage the SSC team, setting objectives and provide feedback to ensure fulfilment of targets set
Track SSC team’s performance against the set KPI’s; ensure that targets and deadlines defined in KPIs are met according to BU’s expectations and agreement
Improve the key metrics needed to track the performance of the SSC in order to help moving towards best practice benchmarks, including lower processing costs
Supervise the standardization effort to unify performance of currently handled processes & implementation of new processes within SSC scope
Support the budgeting and forecasting activities and assist in the variance analysis (budget vs actuals) for the SSC Entity
Based on the scope and forecast, identify the recruitments needs both in regards to team size and profiles for recruited employees
Ensure business continuity regardless of changing business circumstances
Support implementation of new Oracle ERP within the company in areas within SSC Scope
Project management and coordination, implementation of the company's strategic and business plans, identifying threats and areas requiring improvement, assigning priorities

Supporting in process and system improvements by proposing and conducting optimization and simplification initiatives
Deliver reports and analysis in credit and collection area in line with services provided by the SSC and stakeholder’s expectations;
Gather data, provide reporting in an agreed format;
Monitor data quality and work with the relevant departments/functions to improve data quality supporting credit and collection process;
Analyse information and provide insights describing main changes vs other periods, trends, issues, opportunities etc.;
Update and modify existing reports to fit functional requirements and design principles for standardised reporting, eliminating losses in the process;
Apply continuous improvement approach: create and build new solutions to improve quality, identify opportunities to deliver new advanced analytics, data visualisation and automation;
Support design of new reporting and analytics, gather business and functional requirements, manage expectations, facilitate workshops;
Support design of the right SLAa and KPI’s;
Ensure all processes in the area of AR reporting and analytics are well documented (creating and updating manuals and instructions)
Audit Planning: Gets a good preliminary understanding of the audit area and plans audit procedures to address the risks identified
Audits Execution: Applies Exide audit procedures according to the audit engagement plan
Audit Reporting: Summarizes the audit scope, control findings, recommendations and management commitments
Internal Controls / Compliance: Evaluates the operating effectiveness of the system of internal controls, adherence to established policies and procedures and conducts test work
Fraud Risk: Stays alert to identify red flags which may indicate that fraud might have been committed
Follow-ups: Adds outstanding gaps to departmental tracking databases and spreadsheets and performs remediation testing
Special Projects: ranging from advisory services, management requests, investigations, risk management, governance reviews and any other project which may benefit from a special and focused review
Business Process Analysis: Documents the business processes using narrative and flowcharts. Communicate gaps to business process owner and provide recommendations for improvements
Mentoring: The Senior Internal Auditor acts as a mentor to others within audit areas of proficiency
