Obowiązki:
- Assist the accounting team in NY to ensure payroll is complete and accurate and is communicated timely to the accounting firm that processes the payments. Communicate any changes to both parties
- Assist with HR administration and ensuring compliance with legal guidelines, partnering with legal counsel and accounting firm as needed
- Assist with HR policy guidance and interpretation by working with People Operations Mgr (“POPs”) in NY and the outside accounting firm in Poland
- Work with legal counsel and/or accounting firm, if necessary to ensure compliance with local and national employment laws in Poland
- Maintain organization of HR and employee documents and communicating any updates/changes to internal accounting team and external accounting firm
- Assist with the full cycle hiring process and onboarding for new employees
- Answer day to day employee questions
- Work with managers to assist with recruiting of developers
- Assist with organizing team events
- Assist with benefit plan administration and health plans
