Execution of brand strategy in country/country cluster:
• Warrant of the best in class consumer experience execution at local level
• Develop and coordinate the local marketing plan, in line with global/ regional brand and EMEA merchandising management directions
• Represent the country/ country cluster to the global brand / category teams, while ensuring execution of the global brand strategy throughout the country
• Lead the marketing team in country and act as the marketing point of reference for the omnichannel organization
• Provide country budget guidance and manage the local marketing team to implement the brands yearly and seasonal plans. Unify and guide the local A&P
• Monitor achievement of “one Salomon” local marketing plan & recommend adjustments if necessary
• Develop and execute marketing activations for our D2C channel and lead the implementation of the shopping experience framework
• Is the guardian of the Brand equity in the country/ country cluster
• [country specific] Develop and implement the Epicenter Marketing plan in coordination with the Epicenter Leaders
Representation of local needs to EMEA and global brand organization:
• Work closely with brand HQ and EMEA Marketing Director to ensure plans are in place to meet local market needs by consumer and by channel
• Support local Commercial team to build compelling customer and consumer value proposition
• Represent and structure local market needs into regional marketing requirements
• Report efficiently KPIs, local needs and executions to EMEA Marketing Director
• Share best practice examples via the EMEA Marketing community
Specific Missions:
One Salomon representative in country/ country cluster:
• Act as Face of the Salomon brand of all categories in country/country cluster against press, federations, clubs, and local partners (such as trade press, events’ organizers...)
• When required lead, engage and animate the local Salomon employee's community delivering townhall, business updates, etc
• Owner and representative of Salomon values in the country; deliver external & internal representation of the Brand values, mission, purpose, etc
• Lead the local “commitments to sustainable living” program and activations, such as local carbon footprint reduction actions, educational programs, etc
Support other trade relevant events such as Trade Shows, Buying Days and Showrooms
Produce meaningful reports with clear recommendations (including links to Account and Campaigns KPIs, digital ROI, Joint Marketing Plans and Shopping Experience Framework) and report progress of KPI achievement to Country Marketing Manager & EMEA Teams
Cooperate with Salomon HQ/ EMEA Teams and provide feedback on toolboxes
Share via the EMEA shopper community best practice examples
