Obowiązki:
Supporting HR processes: onboarding, communication with employees, job termination and exit interviews, referral program recruitment, etc
Regularly communicating with the office employees and managers to monitor the state of relations within the team and maintain a healthy atmosphere in it
Providing assistance in organizing and holding corporate educational and team-building events
Maintaining the company's HR brand and corporate culture
Planning and organizing events: purchasing organization, search for contractors, payment control
Ensuring a document flow (receiving and processing both incoming and outgoing correspondence from couriers and post office, as well as going around the city when required)
Assisting with merchandising (collection of orders, control of shipment, budgeting)
Planning monthly and quarterly budget, cash accounting, and reporting
- Monitoring the availability of necessary personal hygiene items
- Vacuuming the carpet once a day
- Wiping down desks and all work surfaces with disinfectants, including door knobs, kettle, and coffee machine
- Cleaning the refrigerator and microwave, loading and unloading the dishwasher, ensuring there are no unpleasant odors, washing food items, and placing them on the table
- Cleaning the restroom
- Taking out the trash
- Taking care of the plants
- Periodically conducting a thorough cleaning, including washing windows, radiators, ventilation grilles, and cleaning tiles
Processing inquiries from international corporate customers and passing them on to sales representatives;
Recording information on requests in the CRM system;
Communicating in a lively and friendly manner: neither banal nor formulaic;
Being polite even if a customer is angry or dissatisfied with something and striving to turn their negative emotions into positive ones (just like in real life)
Maintaining personnel records (individually or through partners): hiring, relocation, sick leaves, vacation leave scheduling, vacation recording and granting, contract extensions, dismissals, and timesheets;
Preparing the necessary documentation for timely payroll calculation and paysheet issuance;
Familiarizing employees with documents;
Administration of benefit packages
Consulting employees on personnel procedures and Polish labor legislation and assisting them with work and residence permits;
Administering Ppk by sending data and documents to an external system;
Issuing certificates and settlement;
Signing NDAs with employees;
Cooperating with the personnel and accounting departments and HR specialists;
Communicating with the personnel departments of other countries on arising issues

2+ years of full life cycle recruitment experience from sourcing to hiring;
Experience with Executive Recruitment in various business domains;
Experience identifying the top talent using creative tactics;
Hands-on experience in closing such vacancies as Java, Golang, PHP, Front / Back - end developers, DevOps, QA, PM, etc;
Solid knowledge of sourcing techniques (e.g. social media recruiting, telegram channels, LinkedIn, Goldenline, Nofluffjobs, etc);
Technical expertise with an ability to understand and explain job requirements;
Familiar with various non-standart ways of seeking the candidates;
Experience working with hiring managers and internal stakeholders to advise, guide, and educate on market patterns, best practices, and problem resolution;
