Owning recruitment planning and strategy relating to skilled Wind Turbine Technicians
Owning recruitment of our Entry Programs, delivering skilled candidates starting their transition into the Wind Industry
Ensuring short-, medium- and long-term strategies for recruitment of qualified technicians
Ensuring and executing the capacity model, ramp-up plans, dashboards and KPI’s enabling timely and data driven decisions
Continuous development and improvements of both processes and tools related to Recruitment
Improving efficiency, global alignment, and candidate experience (KPI’s, execution, and follow-up)
Owning candidate-facing Employer Branding, initiating and ensuring proper activities in relevant markets based on business needs and recruitment strategy
Management of the Recruitment Team, located at multiple locations within the EU (Poland, Romania, UK)
Leading, motivating and developing the Recruitment Function and team focusing on strategy, continuous improvement, tools and data driven decisions
Line management of Technicians – maintaining regular contact with Technicians, including performance management, feedback, pay reviews and annual dialogues regarding development
Communicating assignment and project information to Technicians
Leading grievance and disciplinary actions in line with HR
Managing and authorizing holiday requests for technicians
Approving of working hours and expenses of Technicians (reconciliation of expenses like i. e. travel costs)
Optimization of resource allocation and monitoring of Technicians’ availability
Ensuring follow-up on all reporting in the division (Incidents, Snag Points, NCRs, environmental reporting) and data correctness (weekly & monthly)
Targets settings and ensuring continuous follow up for the divisions in HSEQ field
Development of the HSEQ documentation in the projects within the division (RAMS, HSE/Q plan, target setting, development and roll out of HSEQ campaigns)
Providing content for HSEQ matters to the PM model for the projects
Performing site visits (incl.: PPE checks on site, follow up on HSEQ campaigns, general alignment with site management on HSEQ topics and performance)
Participation in audits
Development of division relevant initiatives (campaigns and focus areas)
Providing input and support for developing HSEQ in GWS (such as safety committee, risk assessment, legal compliance screening)
Responsible for being the primary internal contact for the project and trainings
Participate in project hand-over from Sales
Provide input for manning plan and coordinate with technicians
Distribute project and training information to project team
Research best means of travel, transportation and accommodation for the project team (incl. negotiations with providers, identification of risks and opportunities)
Arrange rental of equipment as well as travel & transportation according to rotations
Upload certificates to clients' data base and share certificates-related-data with an internal, dedicated GWS team
Maintain project training matrix with training requirements and certificates' validity
Apply for compliance related documents based on the instructions provided by legal department. Keep track of the documents
Perform training gap analysis i.e. in order to make technicians prepared for upskilling
Support technicians for travel related issues and process timesheets
Maintain and update project planning system in relation to the travel arrangements
Maintain overview of logistic costs for the project e.g., for travel & accommodation
Submit data to the project financial reporting tool
Control and process invoices related to travel and accommodation
Inform site personnel on logistics and every-day administration

You will be responsible for all aspects of line management for Wind Turbine Technicians employed by GWS especially allocating them on various projects all around the world
We are looking for a candidate that is self-motivating, with the ability to multitask and work under pressure, with excellent communication skills and a proven ability to line-manage individuals ideally with experience within the wind or oil/gas industry

Act as an administrator of workwear order system and a single contact point of this process for technicians from all GWS Business Units
Ensure the smooth running of the logistical and organizational aspects of platform: from placing orders through delivery to returns
Work on improvement and optimalization of the workwear order system basing on created monthly reports with statistics
Deal promptly and professionally with employees’ e-mails and phone call inquiries
Keep up with the daily routine and emerging needs in all offices of GWS in Poland, incl. ordering equipment and supplies as well as collecting a feedback from those facilities
Support the internal integration initiatives of GWS by organizing events for all the employees, picking up on ideas of our co-workers in this field and helping to get them to life
Assisting with administration arrangements, invoicing etc
Managing and developing your own customer portfolio and securing strong relationships and long-term partnerships
Ensuring we are the preferred partner for your accounts in supplying skilled technicians for their site activities
Contributing to the internal structure and sales process to ensure customer-focus and a proactive sales effort and approach
Negotiation of contracts, including understanding commercial conditions and consequences
Ensuring internal coordination, handover and involvement towards Operations
Developing into driving large tender processes

Employing new people always generates additional administrative and operational tasks, that You will be also given the responsibility for.
