Obowiązki:
Conduct employee onboarding and help plan their training and development; provide support to employees in various HR related topics
Spearhead Learning & Development agenda in the organization, planning, implementing and overseeing mentorship, coaching, training and on-the-job learning programs
Manage cooperation with target schools and implement campus relationship projects, such as career fairs, business case competitions, conference participation, and others
Assist in development and implementation of HR policies; communicate organizational changes and ensure clear understanding of goals and results of HR programs

Supporting teams in aspects of personal data protection issues in Poland;
Co-ordination of the flow of correspondence with public authorities (including bailiffs, police, prosecutors’ offices) collecting of the information and preparation of official responses for signature;
Support local teams in other matters depending on current needs
