Your key responsibilities as an HR Specialist:
• Use skills in employee database management, ensuring data accuracy, quality, and file completion
• Manage office-related tasks, including invoices and physical mail, and actively participate in employee experience activities, such as community days and events
• Efficiently handle absence management, both internally and with external stakeholders, covering sick leave, long-term leave, and annual leave
• Oversee new joiners and leavers processes, ensuring smooth transitions for employees entering and exiting the company
• Manage the accurate preparation of payroll and tax documents, ensuring timely and precise processing
• Foster clear and efficient communication channels and collaborate seamlessly to maintain a cohesive work environment and ensure streamlined operations
• Possess foundational knowledge of accounting principles to facilitate financial tasks effectively
• Assist in recruitment administration, job postings, and right-to-work information, showcasing attention to detail
• Coordinate training activities effectively, managing tasks like provider invoicing and employee registration
• Proficiency in drafting employment contracts and ensuring clarity and compliance in all employment-related documentation
• Set up and run diverse reports, including areas like absenteeism, diversity, and performance management, contributing to data-driven decisions
• Assist in day-to-day HR operations, maintaining its efficient functioning and proactively addressing operational needs
• Be actively involved in company integrations, analyzing systems and processes, and monitoring various benefits and systems

You will be in contact with our European clients via email on a daily basis to ensure accurate delivery and to answer their queries. As you will be part of a global team, you will be in regular contact with colleagues from all over Europe, exchanging knowledge and working together to provide the best possible service to our clients
