Obowiązki:
As a Digital Marketing Trainee, you will actively contribute to building a strong position for Somfy in Eastern European markets. You will support the deployment of the digital strategy together with the Marketing Team. Your responsibilities will include creating and deploying content for end users and professional customers on websites and social media.You will closely collaborate with local teams to support local business through marketing and communication actions. You should possess excellent communication skills and be able to creatively express our company’s views. Additionally, you will work on preparing marketing tools, execute their deployment, and analyze the return on investment (ROI) for ongoing campaigns
Collaborate with the marketing team, trade marketing, and e-shop team to plan and develop website and campaign content
Create and publish compelling content
Edit, proofread, and enhance writers’ posts
Design or adapt creative assets (banners, visuals for social media, shorts, etc.)
Monitor and follow up on relevant Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) using a dashboard
On position of Sales Manager Project Business you will be leading and developing project business sales by implementing proactive specification of Somfy solution ( motors, controls, Home Automation and services) for commercial and residential buildings in Poland. You will manage and develop dedicated team by contributing actively to the project business strategy through an active contribution with a specification model of dynamic shading home automation for targeted customers
Developing business strategy and sales plans for dedicated Project Business sales channel and supervising its implementation and execution
Designing & Deploying projects business model, processes, activities within commercial, institutional and residential buildings
Managing dedicated sales team with strong focus on team’s development via employees’ coaching and feedbacking, creating and following training plans
Participating in major presentations to Key Developers, Design Architects & Engineers on Somfy concept, solutions and services in order to foster the processes on the respective market
Building and executing an annual Project Business budget with marketing action plan related to target groups and project market segments, and participation in the design and execution of those actions, with support services inside the company
Management of potential projects portfolio by initiating and participating in mapping & prospecting actions, identifying target groups exploring and developing business for new opportunities in the project market
Maintaining good relationships with current business partners, Initiating & Establishing the contact with key decision makers in the specification target groups
