Collaborate closely with vendors/dubbing studios to oversee casting approvals,
Perform quality check of a final mixed movie or up to 3 episodes of a TV series, focusing on all aspects of the dubs – voice selection, performance, sound, and mixing quality, lip-sync accuracy,
Make sure the process progresses smoothly according to the timeline and meets creative guidelines provided by localization manager
Providing financial management for CEE TVM ensuring delivery of financial targets,
Providing financial support to Finance Director and TVM management team for short- and long-term decision making,
Providing support on the validity / viability / impact of new business initiatives for CEE TVM business,
Leading the financial planning process (Annual Budgets, Monthly Forecasts, Long Range Plan) for CEE TVM,
Taking responsibility for providing operational financial reporting for CEE TVM, including month-end reporting, financial outlooks, dashboards as requested by Paramount management,
Continuously identifying/evaluating risks and opportunities and proactively suggesting areas for improving profitability for CEE TVM,

Support Paramount’s channel distribution to multichannel video operators and 3rd party transporters globally, including compression, security, and signal deliveries of channels;
Support affiliate engineers and departments within Paramount that are part of the distribution environment;
Manage affiliate signal authorization ecosystem including topology, software, affiliate database and affiliate decryption equipment;
Enable the assessment and evaluation of new technologies by bringing together key parties (e.g. internal/external resources, clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders);
