Greeting and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office
Directing visitors to the appropriate person and office
Ordering front office supplies and keep inventory of stock
Accounting of business invoices
Supporting the Sales Department in processing B2B product orders, financial settlements and processing product complaints and other sales related assignments
General support for the marketing department
Assisting with event planning and implementation
All other activities according to Supervisor request in behalf of job position requirements
Ensuring reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material
Receiving, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries
Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk
Answering, screening and forwarding incoming phone calls
Participate in sales strategy creation and business development to enhance business growth
Build and maintain relationships with the selected portfolio of clients
Maximize the sales performance by establishing strong relationships and gaining insight to the customers needs
Act as a Business Partner once reaching out to dedicated clients
Provide support in troubleshooting and resolving customer issues and complaints

Build out retail reporting and define retail KPIs
Collaborate with sales and communications team on campaigns and sales plans
Collaborate with account management team on all profit maximising efforts (by up-selling or cross-selling)
Collaborate with the trade marketing team to prepare visuals and guidelines that are locally relevant and comply with FOREO' standards
Ensure FOREO Perfect demo is well executed in stores
Support the hiring of the BAS retail field team and insure proper onboarding
Ensure that BAS receive adequate knowledge of all product range and skills required for an excellent shopper experience and customer care service
Coordinate activities within the retail team, train them, coach, mentor or otherwise help team members to improve their knowledge or skills
Manage BAS utilisation, control and monitor daily activities outcome and report to the supervisor
Keep team up to date with the latest sales tools and industry best practices that will enable improvement in sales initiatives, grant the business a competitive edge and enable the achievement of sales goals and targets
Protect the reputation of the products by making sure the audience sees a positive impact
Manage special projects affecting the organizational unit at the request of the supervisor
Communicate with all relevant organizational units on daily basis
