Obowiązki:
- quality of manufacturing control ongoing of technological deliveries and final products within the scope of the order
- confirmation of compliance or non-compliance of products with the assumed technical and functional parameters
- according to PED 2014/68/EU like: review of ITP, WPS, WPQR, Welder qualification, follow NDT report, check the Conformity of material certificate, check procedure (hydrotest, welding book, repair procedure…), conformity between drawings and productions
- carrying out geometric measurements of products and components in accordance with the requirements of documentation and technical knowledge
- inspection of welded joints
- quality assessment of the production process
- preparation of measurement sheets and control documentation
- marking non-conforming products and details and informing about defects found
- performing additional tests and measurements taken during the control
- conformity assessment of technical parameters required in the documentation
- analysis of solutions to current problems related to product quality in relation of control department
- audit of suppliers
- cooperation with Notified Body and Third parties
- progress reports and inspection reports
