Creating new features (code, tests, documentation) from PoC to production in the context of fraud detection (for example creation of a modified DNS server, design & creation of various microservices used for detection of VPNs like a port scanner, designing methods of technical detection of tools used by fraudsters) and maintaining current ones (optimizations, bug fixes)
Working on the public and internal API backends
Conducting code reviews
Helping with architecture-level design decisions during various phases of work
Developing experimental browser technologies
Writing reliable and maintainable user profiling code capable of running on a wide range of browsers

This role will oversee all of Nethone’s financial operations, partnering directly with the COO to build out our financial forecasting, reporting, and accounting processes, as well as necessary systems and tolling. The Head of Finance will also play an instrumental role in developing Nethone’s strategic financial initiatives and goals
What will you be responsible for?
Leading areas of the business related to:
-financial planning and analysis: preparing comprehensive budgets and forecasts, as well as uncovering business-critical insights from available data
-reporting: delivering monthly reporting on key KPIs to the C-Team and external investors
-processes and internal controls: developing effective and repeatable financial processes and internal controls to safeguard company assets while complying with contractual obligations
-tooling and systems: introducing tooling and systems to support streamlining of key processes (inc. invoicing, payments, and reporting)
-external vendors: coordinating the accounting office and tax advisors
-audit and tax: overseeing audit and tax-related process

Recognize, plan, build and implement best possible approaches and solutions for Nethone employees
Set modern and functional HR processes and deliver constant improvement
Prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously, and follow through on issues in a timely manner
Taking care of projects evaluation and feedback implementation
Running constant internal and external research to be up to date with business needs and market trends
Organizing events such as workshops, internal knowledge-sharing events and external employer branding events
Coordination HR workflows supporting Onboarding & Offboarding, Learning & Development, Performance Management and Knowledge Sharing areas
Taking care of HR data management building analysis and providing valuable insights based on data
Works closely with all HR areas to deliver high quality communication based on remote-first company culture
