Obowiązki:
- Piab Polska Sp. z o.o., ul. Astronomów 1, 80-299 Gdańsk is looking for an inside sales representative that will be the liaison between our company and its current and potential customers/dealers. The successful candidate will be able to accept ownership for marketing topics, effectively finding and follow up on our business opportunities, keeping customer/dealer satisfaction at the core of every decision and behavior
- The right candidate knows that the way you manage orders has a major impact on the success of the business. Always questioning our way of working support the automatization and streamlining this process so that resources are used efficient
- You will:
- • Initiate, plan and execute local commercial initiatives
- • Translation and proofreading of texts from polish to english
- • Manage external agencies development of launch campaign assets and other
- initiatives
- • Deploy and follow-up all campaigns in the Group Brand and Customer
- Experience team ensuring brand & product strategies
- • Ensure that all content assets are relevant for targeted touchpoints
- • Ensure close alignment with the Group Brand & Customer Experience Journey
- Group Brand & Customer Experience team throughout the entire process
- (internal coordination, collaboration & stakeholder management)
- • Manage the local marketing database, including lead nurturing and qualification
- • Develop and implement an online content plan in relevant social medias
- • Project management and planning of local Expos
- • Local brand management and compliance
- • Taking ownership of customer queries and handling orders from receipt to the
- closure of sales
- • Maintenance, development, and SEO improvements
