Supporting the Marketing Specialist with Marketing activities
Preparing commercial correspondence for the Sales Manager and/or CFO
Checking the payment status of the invoices in operation system
Dealing with all issues regarding customer service incl. answering inbound calls
Providing office administrative support including - managing online auctions (eBay and Amazon), checking and reporting the local office expenses, managing the cash flow administration, acting as the primary contact for our suppliers, screening incoming calls and mail, office supply ordering, dealing with couriers
Providing sales team administrative support through activities such as: proof reading, sending out news updates, assisting with sales events, managing demo and supplies product processes (order, receive, return, arrange couriers, maintain documentation), supporting with travel requests coordination, preparing the tender authorisations
Any other ad-hoc tasks as required to support the local european team and middle east team
