- - Carry brand responsibility for Bambino in terms of positioning & strategy that will lead to profitable brand growth
- - Conduct market research to discover consumer insights to optimize communication and assortment across all pillars and investigate opportunities for new products or brand further expansion
- - Lead innovation pipeline creation & new products launches / relaunches roadmap. Bring projects from business case to launch in close co-operation with R&D Manager, S&CM Manager and SC Project Leader. Develop new product concepts, covering consumer benefits, product features, packaging design, price positioning
- - Develop together with creative agency all communication assets (TV & digital) based on strong consumer insights and category understanding
- - Define and implement in co-operation with media house media campaigns in order to deliver the set objectives. Drive brand visibility in social media (full ownership) including collaboration with influencers
- - Proactively monitor & analyze business performance, market trends, market shares development & competitive environment. Leverage data to make recommendations to improve business performance and to increase efficiency
