Obowiązki:
Support in management of operational projects to deliver data and analyses to the customers, the schedule, risk, budget and quality of projects
Participation in development and creation of project’s documentation and updates
Support in evaluation of potential projects and creating project’s proposals with technical experts
Coordinating the activities of internal team (Software Engineer, Observer, Data Analyst, Designer,
Researcher, Platform Operator, depending on the project the composition may differ), as well as external
teams (subcontractors), identifying the necessary resources and developing schedules to meet deadlines
Preparation of project’s progress reports and ongoing support of the project information management
process
Setting priorities and managing time
Support to project managers, heads of units, participation in meetings
Assisting in task management, status update, contact with internal/external customers
Preparing minutes of the meetings, notes, tasks, action item lists; sending emails, invitations, reminders
Diagnosing and solving project challenges, managing change
Cooperation with external companies and suppliers

We want to focus on B2B and B2G sales while building slowly B2C sales. We want this person to continuously build outbound sales activities
We look for an experienced sales candidate with a proven track record of driving sales growth and building strong relationships with customers. This person will be building the sales process from scratch. Senior Sales Specialist will be working closely with CEO, Head of Project Management Office, Head of Product Management, Head of Sensors Productions and Deployment, Head of Sensors Network Operations, Head of Brand Marketing & Communication, Finance and Administration team customers. The candidate will write and supervise operational procedures, policies, participate in creation of tender offers
Your responsibilities:
- Target Sales for Product and Segments
- Pipeline Management and accurate forecast delivery using CRM systems
- Customer Sales Cycle Management: Negotiation of sales contracts and managing relations with the customer during their realization. (for the different Sales Stages and Product Cycle –new sale, upgrade or renewal)
- Feedback to Product Management in Quality, Features, Licensing and Pricing
- Feedback to Product Marketing on Campaigns and Materials
- Realization of sales targets for company products (software, hardware and data)
- Building, maintaining and expanding the customers database, building the customer relationships
- Streamlining the communication between customers and technological departments (in particular: PMO, SE, SPD, SNO and POnIT)
- Support PMO in negotiation of new tenders/contracts
- Support strategy development and drive sales strategy
- Build and oversee sales processes including order to cash, customer budgeting, price lists and discounting, payment polices. Cooperate with administration and operations (SNO, PONIT) in customer service activities
- Identify, explore and monitor new sales opportunities and drive pre-selling activities
- Identify and actively prospect new opportunities (with focus on B2B, B2G sales while building slowly B2C sales) and generate new leads
- Responsibility for the implementation (together with other departments) of the pricing policies

- Take care of the Customers Relations Management

Poszukujemy programisty C# .NET posiadającego doświadczenie w budowaniu programów narzędziowych oraz serwisów opartych o ASP.NET Core, który będzie rozwijał istniejące oraz nowe systemy na potrzeby dostarczania informacji dla Space Traffic Management
Osoba zatrudniona będzie odpowiedzialna za utrzymanie i rozwijanie technologii sterowania teleskopami optycznymi oraz efektywnego pozyskiwania danych obserwacyjnych, ich przechowywania, monitorowania jakości oraz raportowania wyników z łańcucha procesującego (ang. pipelines, workflow). W zakres obowiązków będzie wchodzić tworzenie i udoskonalanie rozbudowanych serwisów do pracy automatycznej (M2M) z prostymi interfejsami użytkownika (Web UI), integracja i optymalizacja oprogramowania dla sieci robotycznych sensorów. Analyse the market in terms of currency exchange, inflation and propose risk mitigation measures for the company against exchange rate fluctuations or macroeconomic instability (world, EU, Poland) and microeconomic (space sector)
Perform ROI analysis, monitor company indicators (EV, NPV, IRR, EMV, long term debt, capital, asset turnover, ROS, ROE), support the management board in selecting new investments and funds needed for them, evaluation of the existing ones
