This successful applicant will be accountable for the general administration of the XEOS Technical Training Team. This individual will be strongly involved in helping to set up an exciting world class training program at our engine maintenance facility and help make sure the site is equipped to deliver all operational training for new and existing staff and help design future schemes to ensure the longevity and continued stability of XEOS
Work with the Training Leader to help ongoing development of the training plan and training content
Discuss any training gaps with the Training Leader and aid development of future strategy
Be a point of contact for Technical Trainees and providing support to the XEOS practical Trainer
Ownership for the scheduling and organizing trainings for employees at all levels, in-house and
overseas, to satisfy internal procedures and meet requirements of all regulatory bodies
Procure training materials and help with the planning of the XOES training facility and equipment
Administration of the Training Management System
Identify training skills that need to be addressed
Develop a training plan and instructional design material accordingly
Executing training schedule and tracking employees’ progress using Training Management Software (training will be provided)
Assess employee training requests and discuss with Training Leader
Create reports on outcomes of all training and maintain training records for the company using the Training Management Software
Support training evaluation, feedback and trends with the Training Team
Cooperation with all stakeholders in training related matters including external training providers
Participate in the annual training cost review
Support internal, regulatory and customer audits of the training program by the department
