Obowiązki:
Office support:
Manage contracts with vendors (including office supplies vendors)
Manage invoices and payments
Maintain the office condition and arrange necessary repairs
Coordinate the budget planning (in cooperation with Studio Manager)
Arrange travel and accommodations
Handling incoming/outgoing mail shipments
HR support:
Cooperate with external vendor in supporting employee life cycle (contracts coordination, assistance in payroll preparation by providing relevant data, etc.)
Manage benefits (enrollment, reporting)
Support mobility (immigration) process for foreigners
Process employees’ requests and provide relevant information
Coordinate occupational medicine check-up and Health and Safety Training
Plan in-house or off-site activities
Contribute to other HR-related projects and processes

Delivering positive candidate experience during the whole recruitment process
Supporting our international candidates with all the necessary paperwork (work permits)
