Obowiązki:
We are looking for a motivated and disciplined Customer Service and Logistics Specialist. The successful candidate will be in charge of daily order management and logistics processes in close cooperation with 3PL partners driving improvements in customer ordering process and maximizing customer satisfaction by delivering superior service to B2B and B2C Customers
Responsibilities:
Administer and maintain inventory control system (ORACLE NetSuite11)
Coordinate with Sales Team and Customers accurate and timely processing of orders
Supervise order management systems (incl. EDI)
Supervise timely and accurate invoicing process
Daily cooperation with 3PL partners to supervise orders fulfillment
Drive process improvements with Customers, Sales and 3PL
Manage and monitor the performance of logistics
Provide assistance for maintaining logistics planning tasks
As an AP/AR Specialist you will be responsible for communicating with managers and clients regarding receivables and payables matters in a timely fashion, ensure integrity of outgoing payments & cash flow, and generating monthly statements
• Manage all aspects of accounts receivable and payable including credit control
• Assist in the preparation of the company financial accounts (weekly, monthly, quarterly, annual)
• Collaborate with the sales team
• Locate customer contracts, invoices and dispute status
• Taking responsibility for account reconciliations and subledgers
• Reconciles monthly statements with customers and vendors
• Verifies and maintains accounts receivable and payable invoice/bills records, sales and cost of sales reports, open and aging reports, and journals
• Communicates with customers regarding their billing and assists with collections
