Obowiązki:
- You will partially work in the factory in Dopiewo (Greater Poland), but you will also go to other factories (Germany)
- Create a Lean methodology for ABL Technic and the necessary document templates
- Propose and support implementation of KPI's monitoring and evaluating system
- Introduce and establish a system of internal audits and Gemba Walk's
- Train local plant management to solve problems via Kaizen
- Support plant managers in implementing and maintaining the 5S
- Lean support of plant managers as required
- Training of lean methods according to the requirements of plant managers
- Close cooperation with the ABL central HSE & quality team
- Provide process analysis and provide process studies
- Train others to provide analysis and studies
- Project management and support other project managers
- Promote Lean philosophy across the ABL group
- Work closely with Controlling to ensure lean initiative can be identified transparently in the plant P&L
