Managing sales visits to maintain a proactive sales environment and to achieve revenue and margin targets
Influencing, challenging and working with sales management and sales teams, as well as internal contacts to assist in complex enquiries
Generating incremental revenue and protecting existing revenue through creating and converting leads
Problems solving before further escalation
Sales reporting & planning within CRM
Ensuring that all activities are recorded in accordance with business practice

Adhere to month end deadlines to prepare and review balance sheet reconciliation
Review and verify the accuracy of random journal vouchers, sales and purchase ledgers etc

Act as a coordinator with external auditors
Preparation of input data for reports to GUS and NBP
Review and prepare data pack for tax calculations (CIT, IFT, ORD-U, TP) returns in accordance with the tax regulations in coordination with Global Tax Department
Own the development of B2B relationships with Corporate customers and create sustainable trusted partner relationships
Build an effective stakeholder network with your customers at senior levels across relevant functional departments to create engagement and consensus

The Senior Accounting Specialist will work directly with Finance Manager, AR SSC Team, AP SSC Team and Banking Team to ensure continuous improvement of financial processes within the organization. This role is a good mix of GL Accountant, responsible for accounting for the costs and revenue, and Accounting Expert, providing advice within local sales organization.
