Obowiązki:
Your primary driver is generation of net new revenue from cold relationships through various lead generation activities on the UK market in the space of cloud solutions
You will be responsible for building relationships with potential clients, mainly in the UK (enterprises and SMB companies, sectors such as energy & utilities, manufacturing & industrial, financial services or retail are our main focus) for consulting solutions and services based on understanding the industry and researching the client's business needs
You will exploit your existing contacts and seek new, potentially beneficial business relationships
You will contribute to the team in preparing sales plays, offers and materials to support sales of our services (e.g., industry specifics and how technology can support industries in achieving business goals)
You will leverage your current network and establish connections with various AWS divisions in order to discover fresh business prospects
You are responsible for reporting all sales activities in HubSpot CRM for full process transparency and collaboration on opportunities
You will take responsibility for the full implementation and refinement, together with the team, of new client acquisition processes starting from marketing activities (lead generation, account-based marketing) and ending with the execution of direct activities with the client - new business;
You will take responsibility for achieving business growth objectives by executing and refining processes as well as building a growth team
You will work on adopting a set of tools and processes are ready for adoption (sales strategy, sales process, account management process, lead-generation process, …) All of those elements require refinement and adoption, but we are not starting from the scratch
Monitor and enforce marketing and sales tactics based on, for example: quality and correctness criteria for the most effective sales behaviors and activities
Correct, modify and support the salespeople's efforts – marketers on your team in each sales process, and develop their skills
Examine and evaluate the sales and marketing activities results, deciding which areas/channels to continue investment and activities and where to discontinue or reallocate resources
Analyze sales results and propose and develop changes necessary to improve sales effectiveness (ROS) on an ongoing basis
Manage collaboration with external partners in the context of executing B2B marketing activities, which are part of the marketing-sales process
You will systematically analyze companies and decision-makers in given market segments, and on this basis, you will build a database of contacts with whom you will perform prospecting activities
Prospecting activities may range between Social Selling (LinkedIn), Cold Calling, and other types of lead generation activities
You will conduct the entire modern sales process based on the analysis of decision-making processes of our clients and decision-makers
You will build a knowledge base about clients, initiate first contacts, create threads, sales and project opportunities, conduct them until the first contract is signed
Then if possible and justified in terms of business, you will conduct account management activities
By working systematically and methodically, you will recognise new areas, problems and market opportunities with clients we are currently cooperating with (up-selling, cross-selling), which you will change into sales projects
You will conduct, care and develop the current cooperation with clients
At a later stage, you will have the opportunity to acquire and build strategic relationships with partners to open new customer acquisition channels

Examine the level of effectiveness of actions taken and their impact on the assumed increase in sales
Supervise the current operations and their effectiveness correctness, recommending improvements
