Obowiązki:
- Your tasks …
- You will work on international projects and legal cases for our clients, including in the area of Polish commercial and civil law. You will research basic legal information and process it on a case-by-case basis. In addition, you evaluate facts for legal implementation. You will independently manage the related communication with our clients
- Undertaking a wide variety of commercial legal matters including drafting and reviewing contractual documentation. You are the contact person for our clients
- Participation in working meetings (digital or face-to-face), preparation of minutes/summaries and involvement in legally compliant correspondence with our clients and their business partners are part of your daily work
- You support the management in international projects with clients as well as in our cooperation networks: You act as the contact and intermediary for the collection and entry of comprehensive information on the field of commercial law. You evaluate the facts and prepare them for legal implementation. Taking part in working meetings (present and digital), preparing minutes/summaries and contributing to legally compliant correspondence with our clients and their business partners will be part of your day-to-day work
