- Whom we are looking for:
- An ambitious, open-minded professional with a self-driven attitude for the position of Host for a Business Lounge located within the Business Garden office complex in Wrocław. If you are well experienced in the tourism or HORECA industry, have a sense of order, know how to create the perfect guest experience, and want to broaden your knowledge on how to improve people’s day at work, then this is where you should be!
- What you would do:
- Welcoming and conducting short tours to guests of the Lounge / Taking on and processing reservations for meeting rooms located within the space from A to Z, including coordination of subcontractors / Handing over conference equipment to guests and assisting in welcoming other meeting guests / Following up and keeping in touch with guests after events / Assisting your coworkers in organizing and conducting own/internal events / Coordinating subcontractors to ensure that the Lounge, its furniture, equipment, and decoration are clean and in full working order at all times / Keeping stock and arranging resupply of F&B items, office and conference equipment / Creating photo/video material of events taking place in the Lounge for social media channels
