POSITION SUMMARY:
Our HR Generalist will focus on providing HR support to our teams in Poland, Ireland, and the Czech Republic and will provide advisory work to the business. The role will also be pivotal for our F5 engineering teams including supporting People Initiatives with local teams, administration services such as Immigration and facilitating onsite events such as our global good program, Diversity and Inclusion and BeF5 events. The position will partner closely with the HR Manager, the HR Business Partners and the HR Operational team in EMEA. We offer a hybrid working environment with some office-based days at our Warsaw office along with remote/home-based working
DAY TO DAY
• Partner with HR Ops and recruitment to ensure that people transactions are processed timely and correctly
• Support in HR policy development, implementation, and maintenance
• Coordinate the onboarding activities and exit process for leavers
• Collaborate with the corporate Talent Team to facilitate access to learning resources and to training delivery for managers and employees
• Maintain an understanding of, and ensure organizational compliance with, applicable country employment laws
• Support in any immigration requirements for employees, observing expiry dates and working with the external provider for extensions or changes in work permits
• State social welfare sick pay claims for employees
• Supporting the HR team with People Initiatives such as performance management, employee engagement, Diversity and Inclusion, BeF5 culture events, and other ad hoc programs
• Upholding F5’s Business Code of Ethics and promptly reporting violations of the Code or other company policies

WHAT YOU WILL BRING:
