Obowiązki:
Provide sales support to Commercial Team of Emirates in Poland
Handle direct customer’s enquiries
Assist Trade Partners with ad hoc enquiries with the objective of achieving sales targets and maintaining customer satisfaction
Create reservations, arrange ticketing and fare collection as directed, resolve booking problems
Handle groups bookings enquiries from trade and direct customers
Assist with the handling of relevant administrative functions associated with Groups in general, including the maintenance of seat utilization statistics
Liaise and negotiate with Trade Partners in respect of recovering seats allocated in advance of time limits under contractual agreements
Liaise with Trade Partners in respect of future seat allocations, and process agreed requests through Yield Management Groups
Draft response letters to general commercial correspondence, redirect correspondence to relevant departments or sales sections where appropriate
Obtain approval, keep records and provide stats for ad hoc fare amendments and ad hoc conditions of travel amendments, e.g. excess baggage, ticket/fare validity, change of class, switch sale
When required, produce commercial reports using the Emirates Group’s systems
Prepare, circulate and maintain the “Commercial and Sales” advisory notices, make recommendations for improvement
Assist with the administration and control of incentives/ marketing initiatives
Assist with Skywards and Business Rewards programs’ related initiatives
At all times undertake activities in a manner which protects the Emirates Group image, revenue stream and increase sales opportunities
