Obowiązki:
Posts purchase invoices, timely and accurately, in compliance with statutory and corporate regulations. Responsible for purchase invoices circulation. Verification of accounting documents. Supervises and supports the completeness of the accounting archived documentation. Collects necessary proof attachments (backups),
Verifies employee settlements,
Posts all GL related entries like expense accrual, reclass, recurring entries etc.,
Prepares periodic reconciliation and verification of accounting accounts,
Performs monthly, quarterly and yearly closing in line with corporate and statutory requirements,
Prepares periodic financial reports and submits to Statistical Office, National Bank of Poland, Marshal's Office,
Active participation in preparation of VAT declarations - reconciliation of VAT registers and JPK files, supervises and supports VAT settlements, controls compliance of the supplier database with the white list of the Ministry of Finance,
Active participation in preparation of financial statements,
Active participation in preparation of tax information and declaration,
Participates in tax and financial audits,
Liaises with other departments on accounting issues, gives support in purchase related areas,
Audit of employee settlements, checking compliance with Polish regulations, acceptance for posting,

Timely and accurate preparation of bank transfers for domestic vendors in the assigned scope, checking compliance of vendor's bank accounts with the Polish Ministry of Finance's white list,
Monitoring AP sub-ledger and following up with vendors and/or internal teams in relation to outstanding payables,
Posting GL related entries like expense accrual, amortization, reclass, recurring entries etc.,
Assisting in recording the cost of newly-acquired fixed assets (both tangible and intangible), tracking existing fixed assets, recording depreciation, and accounting for the disposition of fixed assets, accounts reconciliation, statutory adjustment,
Assisting in performing monthly, quarterly and yearly closing,
Assisting in the preparation of periodic financial reports and submit to the Statistical Office, Auditors, National Bank of Poland,
Check compliance of vendor's database with the Polish Ministry of Finance's white list,
Perform account reconciliation,
Liaise with other departments on accounting issues, give support in Purchase Orders, T&E, payments,
Other administrative matters or assignments as needed (e.g. Archiving, documentation of procedures)
Together with Affiliate Marketing Manager CE provide support to Affiliate partners in implementing Marketing campaigns and activations in relation to assigned channel brands
Together with the Marketing Team drive viewership of the channels and non-linear services through joint communication via Affiliate partners’ communication tools
Liaise closely with channels portfolio Managers responsible for CIS, CEE and oversee affiliate activities and joint campaigns to ensure they are properly aligned and part of 360 marketing campaigns
Plan and organize B2C and B2B activities with Affiliate partners, including effective use of such tools as: open windows, EPG duplications, own events and customer events, co-branded campaigns and activations, competitions and non-standard activities
Build and manage relationships with affiliate stakeholders and represent TWDC media channels portfolio ensuring consistent messages and maximizing affiliate marketing effectiveness
Develop and manage affiliate marketing plans and budgets with a special focus on fulfilling contractual marketing commitments
Work closely with Affiliate Distribution Team to support sales, increasing channels' market share and non-linear services position to enhance affiliate revenues
Ensure that programming highlights, brand characteristics and unique selling points are effectively communicated to Affiliate clients/partners and their subscribers
Ensure that Affiliate clients/partners have access to all necessary information and materials including EPG, metadata, graphic materials etc
Secure necessary translations and translations quality check for on-air, programming and marketing activities
Plan and organize activities during trade conferences to maximize promotion of channels and increase brand awareness,
Cooperate with research team in order to find the best content vs. platforms solutions, evaluate returns and maximize profitability of marketing activities,
Establish good working relationships and support a collaborative work with internal teams, external agencies and partners to boost synergies in terms of effective marketing activities
Share ideas and best practices for customer and client activations across the relevant markets, primary CIS and CEE region to increase synergies and ensure cost effectiveness
Analyse Pay TV competition in the market. Monitor competitors' cooperation with Affiliate partner and recommend new affiliate marketing and trade solutions
Further, as requested by Affiliate Marketing Manager CE or Marketing Director CE
Manage relationships with local agents, creative and event agencies to support business goals
Maximizing distribution of TWDC channels for revenue & technical reach
Present, sell and renew TWDC portfolio to existing affiliates & search/identify potential distribution opportunities to align with the TWDC’s strategy
Hold responsibility over the entire sales process
Prepare, develop and carry out sales campaigns on a regular basis
Supporting and own client relationships and internal MVPD processes
Manage accurately sales reporting, and forecasting with the support of back-office
Collect and validate subscriber reports and submit them for billing
Assist finance & debt collection teams to collect outstanding debts
Provide complex customer service according to internal MVPD procedures (preparing offers, presentations, mailings, attendance at the conferences, ordering and handling equipment, delivery & smartcards activations)
Participate and represent TWDC in conferences and trade shows as required by the company
Work closely with the legal department (updating and adjusting contract templates, reviewing and translating contracts, coordinating legal discussions between sales and legal teams managing contracting process up to signature)
Work closely with marketing teams and support affiliate marketing activities
Participate and support other tasks & projects as required by the line manager from time to time
Subscriber acquisition: work with and support our Local, Regional and Global Performance Marketing teams to ensure the delivery of the Performance Marketing Plans and strategy to deliver the most effective Cost per Acquisition (CPA) and expected Subscriber Volume within responsible territories;
Campaign delivery, evaluation, optimisation: deliver best in class performance marketing campaigns from concept to delivery and beyond including managing creative briefs, benchmarking, market localisation, post-campaign analysis, optimisation;
Testing: contribute to the test-and-learn process by constantly finding new opportunities for growth and optimization. Measure, track, and document all test results and critical insights;
Budget management:contribute to the management of performance marketing spends including daily budget setting based on optimisation, budget pace tracking and quarterly / annually reconciliation;
Collaboration: work with Disney+ CE team to integrate acquisition plans with wider integrated marketing campaigns including budgeting, creative executions, tactical executions and shared learnings
Support Customer Management Retention Manager in coordinating the cross-territory campaign plan across all life stages (welcome, content engagement, at risk, cancellation, winback, upgrades) within Central Europe countries
Management of all build requirements for CE campaigns across email, in app, push, supporting both engagement & retention (editorial & automation)
Ensure timely handover of campaigns to a high standard
Ongoing status tracking of all local campaigns responsible for hitting SLAs working closely with regional team
Manage legal approvals for local campaigns
Work alongside local markets, regional and global teams to ensure brand consistency with creative
Work with wider Disney Customer Management teams to both understand the wider Disney marketing context as well as leveraging know-how and expertise

Part of the CE Customer Retention team, responsible for the delivery and optimisation of core retention KPIs at regional level (Churn, Reinstates, Reactivation, Cancellation rate, Risk)
Responsible for launch-readiness for Disney+ launch markets in Central Europe across all retention activities (lifecycle journeys & triggers for cancellation, risk and winback, winback content engagement, upgrades)
Review, test and optimise cancellation journeys, triggered messaging and save tactics
Constantly analyse cancellation data to understand why people cancel, and how they are saved, to inform optimisation and messaging
Use behavioural data and insights to fully understand customer behaviours and develop recommendations, levers & tactics to optimise and improve trading metrics & drive lifetime
Management of regional campaign plan & delivery of retention campaigns e.g. winback features. Working collaboratively with local and regional teams

Become the business expert in Involuntary Churn, working with Disney consumer payments team and markets to reduce payment issues for customers and improving involuntary churn metrics
Champion of new retention techniques to reduce churn / optimise net growth efficiently
Be the expert in competitor activity and retention best practice in CE markets
