Obowiązki:
Liaise directly with our customers to discuss their requirements whilst prioritising multiple competing requests to deliver the optimal result for the client. Approach the role with an attitude of strong service/support with business partners
Preparation of the project boards and whiteboards, gather the materials, study source files, look for the logic inconsistencies, ask questions about the products specification to meet the complex requirements of the customers
Ability to “stand in the client’s shoes”
Work closely with other members of the 3D team to assist with product set up and product maintenance for multiple projects simultaneously
Consistently and regularly audit the progress and set up to ensure studio projects are delivered correctly and on time. Check for quality of 3D models prepared to achieve the highest level of quality
Collaborate with team members to support other brands and team initiatives as needed, especially over peak periods
Assist with projects as designated by the CEO and any other duties as assigned from time to time
Overseeing the clients project as a whole, which means overseeing from a client’s project overseeing departments such as 3D Studio, UI/UX Designers, Devops, Sales, Finance and external partners to ensure the clients project is managed according to time and budget agreements
Identifying and defining project requirements
Launching and closing projects keeping fluid communication with the clients thought-out the project lifecycle
Being responsible for project planning with a major focus on time and financial budgets
Taking care of processes: planning sprints, backlog refinement, daily stand-ups
Solving and escalating problems that may arise
Monitoring and analysing project budget, reporting work progress
Conduct a kick-off meeting with all key stakeholders to announce the start of the project and review the overall project plan and gain consensus
Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques in order to keep the project plan accurate and updated
Manage execution of the tasks as defined in the project plan to achieve the project goals

Ensure a common understanding by setting expectations in accordance with the Project Plan, to align the stakeholders and team members
May be responsible for managing/recording of detailed customer requirements, constraints, and assumptions with stakeholders in order to establish the project deliverables, using requirement-gathering techniques (e.g., planning sessions, brainstorming, focus groups) and the project charter
Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques to monitor the progress of the project, identify and quantify any variances, perform any required corrective actions, and communicate to all stakeholders
Recommend and implement the approved actions and workarounds required to mitigate project risk events to minimise the impact of the risks on the project
